We just do plan to electrically drive as much as possible, both at home and in the yard and in the office we can recharge the car

Now I hear you; you have yet another lease profiteer, and a part that is of course true. Only through the interesting aggregation chooses a man for this car, for the same price and other category addition there is plenty else fun.

We just do plan to electrically drive as much as possible, both at home and in the yard and in the office we can recharge the car. Most distance we drive are <50km so for the most part it must succeed.

Why we chose the Golf GTE? Quite simply, we have a private Mondeo Wagon for when we need space (holiday) and an Opel Speedster for the weather. Because of this we have chosen a company car (replacing a Kia Picanto) which is compact, cute looks and fun where options can.

What options are out?
- Oryx White Pearl
- Executive Plus Pack (Discover Pro Navi)
- 18 "Nogaro wheels
- Panorama / Sliding roof
- Adaptive Cruise Control and Front Assist
- Lane Assist / Light Assist
- Park Assist
- Reversing Camera
- Winter package
- Mirror Package
- Digital Radio ( DAB)
- car-Net (Air conditioning / heater remote control, location, battery status, etc.)

Once I get more mileage out've been I will share information about the usage and how the car like it.

So far I think it's a very nice car , sentence suspended and may be electrically well keep up with traffic. the interior is nice and it all feels very solid.
The impression after nearly 1300km (1,299 km)

Here we are again, meanwhile, is finally Nuon placed the charging point, and we can charge the car more often and more easily. We have spent the last three days straight can do all electric mileage, very nice!

It makes no sense even to share energy data as we could recharge in some places but not too often, unfortunately. It is that noticed some companies think they have blue Email boxes only have enough chargers, eight courses and four charging stations will not work, of course! When IKEA Haarlem they have 3 points, 1 was in use and the other 2 were ordinary cars, on departure other than on arrival so people do not mind (while 4 PHEVs around parked there because they could not stand there normal parking spaces. too bad!

the car drives more delicious, a man quickly get used to all the options / luxury but there are a few things less. I get annoyed by the automatic rain sensor. This I find something too fanatical in low rainfall and this can not be further modified using the option. the Automatic Cruise Control I really an outcome, only the careful at roundabout's :-)

I also would have liked a box to store the cable, I have now made room under the plate rear (styrofoam) but this is not ideal for everyday use I think.

Furthermore use the car just fine with two children (rear seats), enough room for the stuff in the back of the rear seat. The stroller fits right, but it fits :-)

In the next update I will provide more information on the consumption and electrical distances, my feeling is that 50km is gripped too high (35/40) but it's also getting used because he accelerates electrically quickly so you have to be careful that you do not go fast too hard.
November update :-) (6,600 km)

Meanwhile we have made more than 6500km and the car like still fine! There have not been any problems, everything works properly and all technical gadgets get used quickly. The ACC remains my favorite along with the already turning on the heater / air conditioner as he hangs from the pole (also saves electric km'ters again)

As the car drives nice (quiet, smooth, etc) and obvious offer enough space for 2 adult, two children and luggage, we use him more as expected, the private car remains more often.

Volkswagen has offered a hybrid through the ANWB driving course and i would follow. This has definitely affected my riding, I leave more frequently in D allow him to roll over and just trying to brake by switching mode to the B allowing maximum energy is recovered. I notice that the car will play zuinger electric drive more kilometers per kwh. It does mean that you have to drive active, carefully read the road (view + navigation). It is extremely difficult in order to drive as it is busy because then you can simply roll off less or use longer stopping distance without coming across as a Sunday driver.

But when it is quiet then it invites to drive as much as possible km electric, through the course and experience you will find that it really helps! It should be almost mandatory, but some drive the car, of course, only the addition and look no further unfortunately.

The vebruikt sit around 3,6l per 100km (1:27), because it sometimes prevents any charging station or get driven on weekends longer pieces. ANWB course I expect to get even gain something but what would really work is simply more posts and ensure that ordinary cars do not stand on charging spots.
